Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription to Home Shield Pro, a monthly home maintenance and repair service provided by FSC Home Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to and using Home Shield Pro, you ("Subscriber," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview Home Shield Pro offers regular home maintenance and repair services facilitated by licensed general contractors. This service is intended to help homeowners maintain their property's condition through regular, scheduled visits.

2. Membership Enrollment

  • Eligibility: To subscribe to Home Shield Pro, you must be 18 years of age or older and own or legally occupy the property where services will be rendered.
  • Enrollment: By enrolling in Home Shield Pro and providing your payment details, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fees.

3. Subscription Fees

  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly. The amount will be disclosed during the enrollment process and will depend on the selected package.
  • Payment Method: You must provide a valid payment method at the time of enrollment and update us with any changes to your payment information.

4. Service Provision

  • Monthly Visits: A licensed general contractor will visit your home once per month to perform maintenance and minor repairs as outlined in your subscription agreement.
  • Scope of Service: The subscription covers labor for standard maintenance tasks and minor repairs. Additional services or materials requested will be subject to separate charges.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid charges for the upcoming month, you must cancel at least 2 days before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for partial months. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of the last paid month.

6. Modifications to the Service or Terms

  • Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Home Shield Pro service at any time. If we make changes that materially reduce the service, we will provide you with notice.
  • Terms Changes: We may amend these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of the Terms and, if significant, providing a more prominent notice.

7. Limitations of Liability We are not responsible for any failures or delays in providing service that are beyond our reasonable control. Our liability for any damages arising from your use of Home Shield Pro is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida where our company is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in said state/province.
